Originally from Minneapolis, Dean brings his years of expertise and talent to SEVEN. With advanced training at Aveda and with Christopher Soltane, Dean has mastered the art of precision haircuts. Acting as an educator and participating as an editorial and platform artist, Dean specializes in textured hair, short styles, and individual looks. When Dean isn’t cutting hair, he finds inspiration in visual art and architectural space, both in everyday life and in his photography. Recently immersing himself in women’s fashion, Dean believes “fashion doesn’t have to serve some higher purpose; it’s simply an extension of who you are or what you want to be.”
